Join Amberella at BloodMilk's Sphinx & Snakeskin Showroom to build a community altar to honor the completion of what you are letting go of from 2024. 

Short energetic release and breath series.

Finally, set an intention of what you'd like to claim for 2025 and enjoy a Gong and Sound Bath for integration and deep relaxation.

What to Expect: This is a personal inward experience. Your eyes will be closed most of the time. We are not practicing yoga. We are working with energy through breath and relaxation. All of this is guided. You will mostly be lying down for the Gong and Sound Bath.

What to Bring:

An item that represents what you want to let go of from 2024. Example, a photo of someone or something that you are mourning the loss of. A sentiment that reminds you of the job you have left behind. A symbol of the anger you have finally released. This can be ANYTHING that you feel drawn to bring.  

Something to lie down on, i.e. a yoga mat or blanket, in addition a blanket to cover yourself with, a pillow or meditation cushion for your head to rest on, an eye mask (optional).

Wear something comfortable. I suggest bringing socks and wearing layers so that you are extra cozy.

The Gong is considered the unstruck sound of the Universe. What this means is that you will feel aligned with the vibration of the Universe and have a deeper consciousness. The Gong feels like a cellular massage!
